These terms govern use of RogiData, a clinic/hospital management system for patient records, prescriptions, appointments, and billing. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
RogiData provides clinics and hospitals with a system to register patients, manage prescriptions and documents, run a front-desk queue, and handle billing. It is used by clinic staff (doctors, receptionists, assistants, and administrators), each under an account belonging to their organization.
You agree not to use RogiData to: access records you are not authorized to see; attempt to bypass the system's access controls; upload unlawful content; or interfere with the service's normal operation. We may suspend an account that we reasonably believe is doing any of these.
Patient records entered into RogiData belong to the clinic that entered them -- we act as the clinic's service provider, storing and processing that data on its behalf, not as its owner. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle and protect it. A clinic may export or request erasure of a patient's record at any time through the system.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RogiData and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do; continued use of the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
